– Responsibilities
- PC hardware Software issues troubleshooting
- Server issues troubleshooting
- PC user profile setup install apps
- NAS setup, User and Group Creation, Shared folders and permissions.
- Firewall setup and create rules/policy per requirements.
- Network managed switch configuration
- Router & access point configuration
- Configure email security
- Configure Endpoint security
- VPS creation, web hosting, file transfer, backup and restore
- DNS management
- Email server configuration, migrations, new O365 tenant setup
- Create maintain workflow documentations
- Work on weekly, quarterly task
- Phone support
- Liaise with client for onsite service installation
– Requirements
• Diploma holder in IT
• At least 1-2 years of server support experience.
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills and must be a fast learner.
• Strong customer-oriented attitude
• Working knowledge in areas of Microsoft Windows Severs, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11. Office 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2021. Basic computer parts knowledge, joining of computers to domains and configuration of emails using Outlook and other mail clients.
• Must be a team player and able to work independently.
• Able to start work immediate or short notice period.
• 1 year contract job but renewable each year

Junior IT Support Technician
– Responsibilities
- Provide technical support services to customers locally and overseas via remote access software (desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and applications).
- Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals).
- Support/troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware or software issues.
- Follow through on an installation task from beginning to end.
- Check to ensure new setup and installations are working properly.
- Opportunities to help out in technical projects.
- Documentation and server maintenance reporting.
– Requirements
- ITE Cert in IT or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
